I don't know about most of you, but how many of us are still doing any volume of these like we used to, even around 3-5 years ago in my case?

5 years ago pressing was about 60-70% of our all ceramic, vs zirconia restorations. Now, it makes up about 1% of our production. With 99% of those being anterior work.
LiSi is our choice. We used e.max and Empress for years, but LiSi has been much better for us.

I'm still doing the occasional single central to 6 unit anterior cases every now and then.

There are cases were pressed just works better than layered zirconia. In my opinion, full contoured pressed is still a lot more esthetic than zirconia.

Agree, it chameleons in better next to the surrounding teeth.
