Remove old exocad workstation from licence?

Hello,

I'm setting up a new exocad pc and I've reached my limit of workstations, is there a way to remove my old pc's?

Oh ,kinda like the way apple used to max you out on the number of devices you had authorized for itunes .,,,,,,You would have to deauthorize a device to set up a new one once you had reached your max. Sorry I'm not much help ,I don't know how to do that

Call your vendor and have them fix it for you.

When you get the error, just take a screenshot of the workstation license limit error, as well as copy the dongle serial # for the quickest support. Email those to your reseller and they should forward that on to Exocad support. Luckily it only takes them at most 1-2 hours to unlock, looks like it's break time!
