I'd have to trade the white and black pudding for grilled tomatoes.

My son asked what they were (white pudding/black pudding) and I said they were sausage. He thought they were pretty tasty, especially the black pudding. It's sausage, no need to go into a detailed list of ingredients. Same rule applies to haggis.
