Looking to Work for Abroad, How?

We have a full-fledged laboratory based in Ankara, Türkiye.
Even though we have highly professional ExoCAD designers, we end up working for clinics inside our country.

My question is, how to get more digital work outside of local market? Specifically Europe?

There are websites that you can post your offerings, someone will come along and name it, I cant remember. dentcrown, or freelancedent or dent-r-us.. some such variation.
