Team Solutions Dental Lab is hiring an experienced CAD technician.
Requirements:
5+ years dental experience
3+ years design experience using Exocad or 3shape.
2+ years Complex case experience (implants, bars, ortho. - basically the “other modules” not just 1-3 unit cases)
Be a Method based operator - use consistent, trainable techniques, not “I play with it til it looks good”
Good understanding of file structures and how to adapt to odd situations and troubleshoot.
Ability to work well in a production setting (if you like to play with a single for 20 mins or want 2 big cases to be your whole day then this isn’t the place for you)
Understanding of quality work (if you like to auto place whatever the system proposes and move on in 20 Seconds then this isn’t the place for you either)
Desire to grow, learn, improve and win!
Bonus points if you have experience with:
designing on both 3shape and exocad
troubleshooting with manufacturers/network admin
Management experience over more than 5 people.
Working in a high growth environment
