Laser welding titanium framework

Hello everyone,
So our lab received titanium repair case that needs laser welding.
We have a welding machine and I tried using cobalt chrome, gold, and even titanium rods to repair but only the gold is working out so far (tbh, not the best).
I'm looking for advice, please help!!

Maybe explain what kind of "welding machine" you have?

You must use like metals. Ti to Ti They sell Ti lazer wire. Get the thinnest you can get.

as @Rugardave mentioned, you will need laser welding ti wire to make this happen the correct way.
contact your reseller and get tips from them on where to source and how to accomplish it properly.

also noting @bigj1972 .... what type of welder you have and its capabilities would be of help too!
