What Milling machines/software do you use?

Hey all.....

Just curious.....we're about to get a 4th milling machine. Im curious as to what brand milling machines you all use and the software for milling.

And also, how long does your machine/software take to mill one single zirconia unit? Just trying to dot my Ts and cross my Is before we pull the trigger.

We use HyperDent - Aidite 500, Millbox - Roland 53DCi and Roland 52, Programill - for PM7 and PMDry...all of them average similar times, around 15mins give or take a few mins depending on anatomy. HyperDent is probably the best hands down, they recently came out with the strategies utilizing flat burs for milling specifically all-on-x's.

ZZ M4/ ZZ software- 15:39 minutes for roughly 11x9mm posterior w/ high anatomy and 2 sprues, using 16mm disc- would be faster if I were using a shorter disc

We use:
- a fleet of Roland -51s, 52s and a 53 for our zirc + PMMA dry milling, with Millbox for CAM, although we're adding hyperdent for this very soon;
- PM7 w/ Programill for our emax cases; and
- an imes-icore 350i+ w/ hyperdent CAM for our CoCr/Ti milling
