Stratos 200

I'm using a Stratos 200 that one of the condyles is having issues. The screw that releases the condyle so that I can go through excursions is stripped and I can't get it to fully close and it opens with difficulty. Not sure who to call at Ivoclar to get parts and tech advice. Thanks.

Just call customer service, they'll put you in touch with whoever you need to talk to.
