Thought you were DOF user?
Are you using the HD or the older model with the VGA port? I just saw a beta version for the Freedom VGA style newest ScanApp.You're correct. I just hope some of the little things I mentioned to my reseller might trickle into updates.
Yeah. I'm sure he does but I'm looking for opinions from the unbiased end user.

What SW version? If you are still using 1.xxxx you are in for a nice surprise.HD. It's a good scanner, but there are tweaks I'd like to see.

How'd you get beta?
Sounds like the code some idiot would have on his luggage.
John, I know you are looking for feedback from Medit Light users so I will not go into a sales pitch. I would like to clarify some points that have been brought up just to make sure the correct information is available to you and others who are reading this thread:
End of commercial, back to the discussions...
- The Medit Identica Light will support the use of a full sized articulator. In fact, the Light model has the same work area as the Blue and Hybrid models so all can accommodate an articulator.
- The MSRP of the Light is $8,995 which makes it a very good value for a high quality, open architecture, LED structured light scanner.
