having trouble posting threads and responding

Hi I am a new user . I am having trouble posting new threads and responding. In this forum of faq's and registration help it is straight forward as I just click on post new thread . I can not see this in the other forums. Please help me with what I am missing. I apologise in advance as this is my first venture into online forums so i am not too sure how to proceed.

I did have some problems registering on that link but when I saw I could login I thought I must have registered.
I will try again
