I tired of tearing my articulating paper every time I check my contacts? I am looking for a foil type but I am unsure on what to go with. There are so many types and options. What works best?

Thanks

I use Arti-Tec by Bausch Articulating Papers, Inc. It's a plastic film. One sided 19microns. Blue.

I've been using Madam Butterfly silk tape since I started, never tried anything else. Rob

on a solid model use Almore shimstock. The crown should sit down on the model closing the margins and the shimstock should not pull out of the contact. The shimstock is foil so it will not leave a mark and you will need a marking paper to see where the crown hits but this is the best way I know to insure a good contact. The crown almost falls into place - the dentists are AMAZED.
