The turkey is marinating for overnight in a big bucket in ice with fresh apple cider rosemary, marjoram, sage and other aromatic vegetables for tomorrow's roasting.
Happy thanksgiving everyone

Our tradition is an open house for friends and neighbors like us who don't have family in town. The invites went out two weeks ago and about 6 people RSVP'd. We did all the shopping over the weekend and then received 7 more last minute RSVP's this morning. Good thing we bought extra everything!
