White circle with a red line across

I have a white circle with a red line across it blinking at the bottom right corner of my screen in exocad. When I move my design it moves in slow motion.
Does anyone know what the circle with a red line means? It' s probably some sort of an error code but I have no clue.
Please help

No, it's a mouse with a wire plugged into a USB port of a tower computer

Coolhandluke is telling you to try a different USB port. The one its currently plugged in to may be corrupt

I tried. This has something to do with the nvidia card I think, from googling it.

exocad usually pops up a warning if the software is not using the v card did you get any warning messages when launching Design?

No I did not. The blinking circle just appeared today and all movements on screen are slow motion.

Thats the first thing I did.

Uninstalled and then reinstalled NVidia g-force and solgoodman.
