IVOCLAR EP3010 with white

Hi everybody.
Please, I need your help with an IVOCLAR EP 3010. When turns on, displays appears in white and still there.
Dose somebody knows what can i do to reprogram it?
Or somebody knows if it’s necessary a factory hard reset or something like that to refresh its program?
When I’m connected with my laptop true USB wire my laptop detect it but programar x10 dose not connected with EP3010.
I really appreciate your feedback.

Hi, id suggest using Ivoclar's Prograbase3 for the furnace connection as we use the EP3000 press on this version.
