What is the best kilo par for acrylic packing ?

What is the best kilo par "KP" you can use when you press the acrylic in the flask?
I mean the Packing Acrylic.
And
What is the best time you can but the separating medium when the flask and the model hot or entail be cold?

And pleas if some have good ideas for denture making

I don't hand pack anymore..... I use the Ivocap system.

1st thing is to read the instructions that come with the acrylic but it's usally a 2/1 ratio powder/liquid and then let it sit until it can be pulled away from the jar, snap stage, if you wait to long and it gets grainy start over.
Paint the flasks when they are warm.
