I’ve dealt with zahn and argen and they’re both pretty similar as far as how good the support is. They both go through ups and downs though, like three years ago for instance zahn hired a bunch of new people and the support was terrible for a good year strait. It was really annoying, I had to pretty much ask for a higher up instantly after calling cuz they couldn’t fix anything. They both got alright teams now though. Not good, just sorta alright lol. Used to be Whipmix was the best bang for your buck but they’re gone now. If you’re purely looking for something cheap there’s some random ones like rodo digital that are half the cost of other supports but the trade off is that there’s literally only like two tech support people.
