Stress breaker or dove tail bridge design

Hi Everyone I have been cutting alot of Stress Breaker or dove tail bridges over the past few years but I am having to wax up the male and female pieces and then double scan them is there any software around (3shape, exocad etc.) that will do this without the double scanning any info would be greatly appreciated.
