Here's my first case from Strategy Milling. Less than 24 hours and it's on my bench. Fits great, what a great product. I will have a hard time justifying waxing a FCC bridge again.

I'll let you order one and cut it apart and report your findings

Ok, I need to find a source for 3shape scans for metal castings or slm that has accurate thin margins.
I have sent stl files to both Argen and Bego and both of them fit ok, however the margins are rounded off and need to be thinned out after they arrive for a final fit that is acceptable. I do not know if this is as good as slm metal gets or what.

It's going to be as good as it gets right now for the metal printing machines until the technology catches up.

Renishaw might be worth investigating maybe? Just throwing that out there. Not too sure on that one.

Nice surface but have a look at smaller margins ( 0.1 mm )and an approximate strategie with 0.5 ball to separate

i agree, finish is great but you need to look at finer margins. they look rather thick.

Looks good. I think its amazing that these guys mill gold. I asked one of the guys at their booth how much one disc is worth and they said about 30-40k! Wowza!

Wonder what kind of security they have in place. Bet it's pretty tight.
