Hi ive made 6 veneers on the maxilla from canine to canine. i used emax LT ingot. 2 months after the cementation on the cervical area of one of the canine a red brown spot appeared. does anybody knows why that happened and if there is a solution how that can go away?

If the color is coming from underneath the veneer then it is usually some kind of contamination during bonding. Might be from blood, saliva or using the wrong hemostatic agent. The problem is not with the veneer itself. The fix is removing the veneer, cleaning it all up and odds are remaking the veneer unless they can get it off without damaging it.

Could be bacteria growing from a leaky margin. What adhesive was used? In some dual curing cements there are starter radicals. They change the color with age, thats why veneers should only be placed with a light cure.

Or...maybe just lipstick.
