RDT Ontario

Hi All,
I am currently living in Ontario and have been a Tech for almost 5 years. I really want to become an RDT but don't want to take 2 YRs off work for the course. I heard there's another route through experience. Has anyone came across something like this before?

Have you looked into the CADTR?

Seems like something like the CADTR is your best bet, gaining experience while working in a lab until you feel confident in taking the test.
