Can't say you didn't warn them.
I think I would be far more worried at the general lack of competency on the part of end users.
Many an advance has failed in the market that way.
All I hear is its a magic wand...
NOTHING is a magic wand.

Who are you talking to? My days are chock full of listening to sh*t I don't want to hear.
If I've plagiarized you, then take it to twitter and ruin me like a normal person.

Seems to me that the pro digital denture opinions on this thread are of those that who have never made a denture and really don't want to, like Lee Culp. This technology has a LONG way to go. For all the Beta testers out there, what a great way for manufacturers to save a lot of money. Why pay for the testing when they can get it done for free in the field!!
That's an old and frequent tale in this industry.

Which is why most people that have any time in DT don't jump at the newest thing right away. I don't want my dentists patients being lab rats. Now to be frank, the elephant in the room are the sale people here mingling with lab techs... a new car salesman will always ask, "are you a used car kind of person or a new car kind of person?'
Mind games...

If only I were smart enough to do something with it myself. It sounds so stupid simple, just getting the process automated...
How about an intra oral scanner device that digitizes the model into a file ?

I'm missing something here. Why would you print a negative from a scan, pour a model, then digitize the model.

OK. Still a food trap.
I think it's a tryin/ temp to wear for a test run.
Make changes and reprint until Mabel gives the thumbs up.
Print final and never have to repair ,just reprint the master.

I know this is how things will get done, but damn that's alot of waste plastic.
I hope there's a recycle stream.
