Does any company offer these?...and if they do, a lot of moulds, big price? Have a Doc/Patient interested is why i'm asking.

-I see Uhler has some, anyone else?

Pearson has Naturadent which is a porcelain tooth line for $25 per card.

Quite honestly push them to Phonares 2, or candulor PhysioStar NFC+, or any other ceramic composite tooth. They are the best of both worlds. Porcelain denture teeth have too many drawbacks for not enough advantage these days. Unless it is an old Dr. that has experience with porcelain dentures, or a very talented clinician who understands how they function its not going to be worth it.

Heads up the Phonares 2 look strange on the card and end up looking pretty danged good in the mouth its uncanny.
Both tooth lines are the same material.

I have a Dr who has me flatten the incisal edges before setting every case. He hates the rounded edges.

Yes, this. The S teeth have a distal (incisal lobe") that needs reduction, and the B teeth need the Incisal embrasure between centrals opened sometimes between centrals and laterals.
