I have a patient who has worn completely down his premium denture teeth in less than 1 year twice. Can anyone recommend a wear resistant denture tooth brand?

Use ceramic teeth, they last on an average 15 to 20 years.

How sure are you that the teeth are "premium"?

Tell the patient to take his denture out when he is sleeping.

What premium teeth are you using?

If he's a bruxer porcelain or ceramic may cause more issuues like sore spots or cracked dentures. I would suspect the way the teeth are set up, they shouldn't wear so fast if everything is correct.

I threw away about 100 cards of old bioform porc teeth recently. No thanks.

Pics of these premium dentures? Are we speaking with a doc or tech ?

Good for you. Even if they had value, why perpetuate a lost cause.

I took all my scrap cards and put it in my vibratory tumbler.
