Please help me indentify this pin

Did anybody use this pin or saw it or a friend of his/hers uses it or just knows its name by some chance?

Or is there any sort of pin-identifier online?

Its in the red circle ofc, next to it is a pin imported from the US If I heard right...

The measures are on the pic, but the basics are 17,1mm in lenght, 1,4mm in diameter, and it is using a transparent plastic cylinder to be put in the gypsium base (the end is sealed)
