anyone got any better options than the Membrane and foam boxes we currently use - mostly shipping milled Zr, unfinished cocr and printed resin.

would be ideal if there was a tube sealing / inflating machine that could be hand fed 400 - 500 units a day as everything I see is production line kit and are 10,000 per hour all the same pieces.

I like the UK Amazon cardboard sleeve with the membrane built in if they could be made smaller.

I am sure some of our boxes are reused, but many client labs have their own and rebox.

Next problem is the printed chrome partials as they are so fragile - currently we hand pack each but the volume is growing.

Any ideas :ear:

Got an idea that I think is very workable and safe, but I'm finding it difficult to convey in words. When I get time I'll try to get photos of my idea for you. If you haven't heard in a while - nudge me. or PM.
