So we sent a milling center a case for a few custom abutments. BioHorizon Int Hex.
We received the abutments which didn't look like custom abutments but rather stock abutments milled on the surveyor. And the screw on the top was what came with them.
The last photo is a Bio Horizon Screw for the same platform under the same 15X.
So that first photo, what friggin screw is that? Cause the Final Scres from BioHorizon don't fit these abutments. The BioHorizon screws are wider and don't double taper.
Thanks...

I have seen all kinds of stuff come from "milling centers"

Out them who made it? The bottom screw is what is correct

Does the screw seat in the milled abutment match that screw?

No the OM BioHorizon Screw head is too wide to even go into the abutment. I couldn't get a great view in the Mantis under 10X or 15X to tell what exactly the screw seat looked like.

Yes they are. And they have been doing a wonderful job on all our BioHorizon Ti and Hybrid implants. And Gilbert at Core3D is always our corespondent and is a pleasure. But the case I'm speaking of in this thread was from before we started sending things to Core3D.
