Greetings!
This was an interesting one. I am familiar with the Branemark Standard Transumucosal abutments and prosthetic screw,
but this case had a prosthetic screw that needed the 0050" hex instead of the 0.048" hex that I was used to.
I could have sworn this was good old Branemark until I removed the prosthetic screws which were also much
longer than what I used to see.
Any suggestions what system the suprastructure cylinders are?
Calling Darwin and JoChen and anyone else who might be able to help,

Not sure if there were ThreadLoc from Calcitek . . . but did not look like the Shouldered abutment from the catalog either . . .
and yhe long coping screws would suggest otherwise . . .

Yeah, that was my first thought but the abutment screw was definitely not the Nobel
one they make them now or from long time ago. This one was good 8mm or so long
and a larger than Unigrip. I almost want to say it is a Mirus Cone but not sure.
Notice from the X-ray the abutment screw seats all the way
down instead of sticking up into the top of the transmucosal abutment like Branemark
made them?
