Hi!

I have problems with milling 3shape copings... the margin line keeps breaking but not when milling it but when milling upper side with 1.0mm bur. The breakage is almost always near support pins. I have tried to position the pins etc but nothing helps. I am using Millbox and Roland milling machine. Any ideas? The copings seems to have some anomalies near margin line... something wrong with the 3shape?

well with a margin offset of .15, your borderline to thin try .17 most will go .2. I downloaded the stl file and will run on my mini in a bit and see what happens and let you know.

Try placing the sprues higher (ie farther from the margin),see what happens...

Well, I'm going with your margins are too thin. Milled it out o n my wieland cam with tiny chips. Have a look. Try the same coping but make the margin setting to .17/.2 65° .15.
