Hi to all!
I like to ask you about making a PFM crown margin line.I always making 0.3-0.2 mm margins,my opinion is ok to layer with porcelain, but when i making crowns to dies with "sholders" (sorry i really don't know the correct english word) usually the PFM crown margin will be shorter. I started to make e.max all ceramic crowns and the problem is same...short margins, but if i'm making zirconia cad/cam crowns, the margin line is pefect. So the problem is not with the doctor's impression, and i can define the margin line correct. The only problem is the wax margin is ok, the metal is shorter, finally (covered with procelain) absolutely shorter then when i defined.
Can you give advice, and tell me how to making a perfect margin line from wax then from metal, and finally from porcelain?
