Anyone have the instruction manual for the aforementioned furnace? Have it sitting here and can't figure out the menu, or lack thereof.

The one I used had an off the shelf kiln controller. Search for the name on the controller if that's the case with yours.

I have the same Harris furnace. The digital display control is made by Paragon, https://www.paragonweb.com/ . This should be the manual for the furnace in your photo. https://www.paragonweb.com/files/manuals/im167.pdf
If you contact Harris, ask for Norb and he may be able to walk yo through the programming. It's confusing at first, but once you get it , it's easy. Paragon may be able to walk you through it too. I hope this helps you out.

Yep, that's the same controller type ours had. Some won't last much more than 20 years, the chip on the board with the program is a light erasable EPROM and they suffer bit rot after 20-30 years in good handling, not in close proximity to 900C temps.

If you take the control panel off and see a longish chip thing with about 20 legs (10 to a side) and it has a sticker or round window on the top, that's an EPROM.

That's the one! Thanks very much for taking the time! Had it sitting around as a spare and now it's been called to the front. Been pulling my hair out trying to program it.

If you need furthe assistance, call Nore at Harris, been working with him going on 40 years now and completely satisfied across the board. He once sent me a Gemini II porcelain furnace from Oklahoma City to Montreal, got it next day!!! Can't beat that...ever :)

I'm good! Got it programmed and cast already. Pfm casting is dead or dying so I don't want to invest any more money in that Technician and this spare oven saved my butt.
Haven't dealt with Harris in over 30 years since I was working in my dad's lab. I think I may and start because haven't been too happy with some of my suppliers lately.
Thanks again!
