Implant ID help

Pt. walked in yesterday, wants the implant restored. Whoever placed it has not kept any records ( kinda typical down here )... . I am thinking MIS or some Zimmer knock-off. Any ideas ? TIA

I wish I could do that, but we are the place to go in town, with no similar setups anywhere close. Have to have a solution for every situation...any I get to charge accordingly too

Will try a bunch of impression copings, then see which one will match
