HELP! My Duracetal clasps are coming out HOLLOW!?!?

That's right...
Following the procedure book to a T... The outside is there but insides are hollowed out! Any insight would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!

You are shooting them to thick & pulling the gun off to soon (sometimes the model has cooled remember for the gun & shooting the clasp the model needs to be 112'c 235'f). Have You talked with Kris Schermerhorn on this issue?

I observed the tech today and we decided to leave the gun on for 20-25 seconds (He had only been leaving it on for 5 sec.)

100% success.
