We do have one piece abutments in titanium with the interfaces already milled on them.
I need to have the dimensions that you require for them - can you send me a CAD file or a sample of what you are using and we can make them for you since every holder is different.
And yes we will have FDA approval on these blocks too.
I do not know what your point is regarding milled titanium bars since it requires a titanium puck and the DMG machine or other machines to mill this.
