Hey everyone. So, i wanted to share with you something i'm working a while on. I create custom teeth libraries for exocad.
Started this for fun, but then i realized that exo lacks of teeth libraries that are highly detailed, with morphology, micromorphology and surface texture. I have a lot of wax up cases i have made ( you can see at a wax up thread i have posted) and scanned them, worked digital for the details and then created the libraries. Some also are created based on natural teeth i have scanned. Some are just cases that i did modified on design and saved the teeth as libraries.
Please have a look at them. Tell me your opinion about them. About morphology and shapes and everything. I really want to make something, that is the best i can do and i work a lot to improve my morphology skills.
So far, my experience working with them and what our designers tell me, is that your only concern is to pick the correct shape for each case and place the teeth in correct placement. The rest are pretty much already done, only minor changes to make the prosthesis meet the patients oral environment.
i wanted to give out everything for free, so everyone can use them because this is me. I know i wont make money out of this, i didnt started it that way and this is not my aim. But, i thought i could use them to fund myself for some master hands on seminars i want to attend, that are pretty much too expensive for me. So if gather any money from this, all will be used for my further development as technician and to improve my skills in the field.
Each library costs 50€. If your purchase 3 or more, i will give out more libraries for free.
I can also craft customized libraries if someone wants something more specific to their needs. For example, give a picture, or an stl, scan data, drawing, anything you want and i can make a custom teeth library out of it, following tour instructions. (Price is adjusted higher because this will take a lot of time to craft them)
