Encode digital analogs turning 1-2 degrees on printed models.

Has anyone else encountered the analogs have a play in the model. I’m currently using real guide to decode. I have played with their settings to max tightness with no luck. Problems are more with 3i analogs than they are with zimmers. 3i certains all rotate 1-2 degrees.

Any time one of my clients calls me about an encode , I tell them to remove the encode and put in the scan body I’ve recommended. Any one that has a more accurate and consistent library… problem solved and you’ll have complete control of a successful outcome!
