I stumbled upon this video which was recommended as related to some of mine. Keep in mind this is a person who is just using what they have seen and a few reference images to model the whole mouth. I think they did really well on the papilla

Organic modelling has come a long way in the last few years, still a long way to go too. I could've done without the...music though :-D
