Change F to Celsius on EP100?

Ok some joker changed the old clam bake programat ep100 to fareinheit.
I can't find the manual online.
Anyone know what buttons to press to get a menu to change it back.
Sure this is merica, but its a dental lab, who uses fareinheit?

Try program #97 instruction manual for p80 isn't clear, but if you change the program to 97 then change to the program you want to use it should change it to C°
