3shape screw retained crown question

Hi all!

I am currently running version 2.8.8.4 and my option to select screw retained implant crown is grayed out and not selectable, has anyone run into this?

I do have the abutment module and bar module so that's not it.

Post and core standard and post and core retained crown are selectable, but screw retained crown and post and core anatomical are not selectable.

Any help is appreciated.

Try reinstalling your software. In the step that asks you to update materials say "Yes", then the next screen will ask you, "you have 2 of the same materials" choose "Keep Existing" this will keep your existing materials. When you say "No" to upgrade materials you may not get the new updates.

What CadGenius412 Said. Re-install and do not upgrade the material and at the end of the install do not update manufactures files like Glidewell. I had to re-install it like 2-3 times. Don't ask why, it is just that way.

I re-installed as suggested and that did correct the issue!

Anytime Soma, have fun designing screw retained crowns much easier now then in 2012.
