3D printer DWS Systems from Italy

Hi,
Any lab in North America using this printer for models or cast units. I really like the concept of this printer and was wondering if anyone has any experience with it. The models and burn out crowns I have seen so far have incredible detail to them, much more than any other printers I have seen so far. Comments?

Rio Grande (Jewelry Reseller) was showing it at the Chicago Dental Show earlier this year. I am not sure if they are selling in NA yet but you could check with Rio Grande and ask for NA users that you could talk to.

I have Two excellent 3DPrinters I just cam across.

Both come with 6 month warranty.

$27k and $39k

One is ProJet and the other is Invision, both from 3D Systems.

Big build area. These are my favorites, and I use One myself.

I was checking out those DWS printers myself and had discussions with Rio Grande about them.
They seem to be clueless and buying technology, I would prefer a product has a good technical support and such.
It is too bad that they are the only reseller for the US......

If I may ask..... These printers you are referring to, what models of projet and invision are they?
Do you possibly print partial frames with them? Thank you

I bought our Projet DP 3000 through Scott a year and a half ago. It is a wonderful machine.
We have printed partials with ours and they print great.
If he has a DP3000 or the HD version they are a great buy!

Yes, they print models, and partials, and Lost-wax patterns as well.

Same internals as newer printers. same/same.....
