I am working on a project that requires IGES or STEP format as an input - not STL. Does anyone have any experience with doing this? If so, can you please share with me the process? Thank you!

Get a copy of Rhino, it let you import and export into a large variety of 3d formats ;)

Thanks for the reply! It spurred me to Google ‘STL to IGES converters’ - and it turns out there are a number of them - some FREE - available. Evaluating now.

I’ll have to examine why it never even occurred to me before - duh.

Thanks for the lightbulb moment! 💡

You might have to approach the problem from a different angle
Hahaha! I did - FIVERR. Got some dude in Turkey to run them through Rhino for me, they loaded into CATIA and are working well.
