We sent same files to Bego printer as we printed on Formlabs. Bego result of fit is better. Formlabs doesn’t fit at all.

Hello Everyone. Please share your experience on milling PEEK. What should be the strategy? Is it wet or dry milling? Maybe someone can give me strategy for ImesIcore or advice how can I create/adjust the existing one for Pmma for example?

As simple as we have a need to outsource designs when we are too busy. We found a cheap designer, but he is working in Exocad. I always have to check and adjust designs. So I need to know if I can import ready design back to 3Shape.

To get a new machine it is a great option but not affordable. The thing is, that 450i been made to mill metal and now, after they sold machines, saying that they tried it and got bad results.. I wonder if anyone is using it for metal milling and the results are?

I just got to know from Imes Icore themselves, that Imes Icore 450i is not suitable for metal milling as the shaft is 3 mm and this milling will damage the spindel. Do have any opinion on this information?
