I tried the Wieland spray glaze a while back. I thought it looked really good but it was too messy and expensive to consider using it on a regular basis.

Enamelite Nova LF. Once again, expensive, but quick and doesn't obliterate your surface texture. Didn't care for Vita Akzent Plus spray, but then maybe my technique needed adjustment.

Recommended on can: 788c-871c

Actual used temps here: ivo's fc emax high temp of 770c. When used on zr or pfm: ht:840c short hold (see can).

ps2thtec: What kind of issues are involved in your setup? Approx. cost of glaze, firing temps, #units? Seems that it would be more cost effective.

100gm jar of glaze powder $140, spray liquid around 38 litre, spray gun 70 plus hookup. I was already set up from my spray opaque so just set up another spray gun for glaze only. The jar of glaze last me about a year, one man lab, 80% metal free.
770C on emax, 820C on FCZ . Fire stains first.
