Hi,
Are any of you providing screw retained zirconia bridges?
If not, is this a product that would be of interest to you.
Thanks,
Bob

Not sure we would be happy without a Ti insert to take the loading away from the Zr - we do get asked about it a lot though. Prettau did a large mailing with their Zr restoration with Zr soft tissue as part of the milled block.

We do it. Just cement the Ti interface after you finish porcelain.

Even tried a screw retained Bruxzir.

Finish unit(s) then cement interface.

Is this what you are talking about??

Hi Scott,
How have you been?
Yes, I am thinking that is may be a better way to go (when compared to CLA,s) for some of the large case. We have starting to work on milling our FZ material with screw access wholes. I'll post some photos as we increase the indications.

I don't know too many Doctors I'd trust with such a tiny screw going sideways.
Hmmm. Looks cool! I'm impressed. I love nuts and bolts.

Weve done 71 units so far this month. This is exactly how we do them

Nice looking case Colin!
Yes we have been fabricating custom hybrid abutments using the Ti insert.
I am thinking we can save a bunch of patient visits and labor in the lab by going back to screw retained.
What source are you guys using for the Ti inserts and do they have FDA approval?
