Projet 3500 Pros-Cons???

Boss told me today, were going to go take a look at a Projet 3500...
What can you say about this printer, and what do you utilize it for?

Same as the ProJet 3000. Same/same.

You want One? $30k with One year warranty.

I just delivered One this week in Houston.

I sell One every month or so for years.

Can rebuild them blind-folded.

i have one. hasn't required excessive or complicated maintenance, is really high quality finish, and fairly straightforward to operate.

how mach the cost of the crown, and the maximum building size?

one bottle of resin and support can make hundreds of units, so the cost for a single crown is pennies. we using the green resin like nearly everyone. burns out easy and can print really thin if you want it to.

I use SR 200 in Blue color in One printer and EX or SR in Clear in others...

You get 2x as much material for same cost.

Burns out just fine. No need to adjust anything. Drop in and go.

Luke, you want your machine to be open to use any material you want?

For Dp 3000 any idea of material at better price then the VisiJet Dp200 cartridge?

We print models with it using 3D Systems PearlStone. Good results...
