"Excluding selected parts" with Exocad 2013

I selected this option and my tooth disappeared. Any ideas?

Kara, I did an update to my graphics card a few weeks ago and that's exactly what it kept doing? I had to roll my graphics card driver back to the previous version. Honestly, I haven't looked in to why? Maybe that is effecting you?

I decided to just run it through the old version and so far so good.
