have you solved this? zahn and noratake have separated from this agreement. you should now be able to get direct support from worknc. i do.
I don't remember if I answered this somewhere in another post. Solution was: Roland people came and changed everything inside the mill and then I mean everything! And then they said -We now know that this machine is 100% in working order so the problem is somewhere else. Nice service Roland people!
So I know now it is the cam software doing wrong calculations sometimes.
I'm was trying sum3D (bad service..don't they want to sell or what?) and now I'm trying Go2Dental (good service!)
