Hello everyone.
I have a problem with both D30 and D15 YenaDent machines.
In exocad i have around 3 thickness. But after milling, i receive something around 0.5, 0.6. Also we need extra work to adapt them. Any suggestion why i have this thickness? I calibrate, measure the A table to be perfect horizontal, clean the spindle collet, still same thickness.
Thank you.

"Different hickness"
I thought this was a thread about the difference between Vermonters and Kentuckians.....

Do you measure A and B level with magnetic arm? Is it the same with new tools?

i doubt this is a caibration issue if its happening with both machines. that would seem to point to a CAM Calculation error.

What if your cousin/spouse is in a different car and you witness the kill? Exception to the rule?
First cousin, yes, but if your wife is a 2nd cousin, no.

You hillbillies have some weird standards. Is there some sort of handbook? Never mind, that would require reading skills.

You always travel in a convoy.
Ist vehickle hits the dinner
2nd picks it up and gives it to the 3rd for cleaning.

Road jars are carried in the 4th.
