i doubt this is a caibration issue if its happening with both machines. that would seem to point to a CAM Calculation error.

I can't be sure, but we have 2 Yenadent machines an I have seen it happening due to calibration issues, and I have never encounter error in YenaCAM that caused problems with thickness.
