I usually use wax or play-doh for undercuts. Give that a try.

Erkogum from Erkodent - flexible / removable . clear - doesn`t bond or stick to anything ! This is want this product as designed for . Also its re-useable and has a long shelf life :)

Martin,

Can you process with erkogum on the model? What I mean is we Pour our nightguards, we blockout the original with wax, dup the model, then wax and process on the dup. Would it be possible to block out with erkogum, wax and process on that model? Basically saving time/material from making the dup?

If not with this material does anyone know of anything else that can be used as a blockout that can withstand the pour technique and still be removed from the model afterwards?

Wax and then duplicate the model.
or
Use duralay.
or
Use light cure flowable composite.
or
Mash some siltec into the major undercuts.
or
Pink blockout glue.

exocad has a great module for making these in a few second on a computer.

We mill them, or 3d-print them. It is a nice solution.

I think so ( cold cure ) not sure but it would be well worth you asking your Erkodent dealer - as it may save you a lot of time :)
