Did you photoshop a pixelating filter on this photo, or do they really look so, whats the word I'm looking for, um...milled...

And I had to click the bad spelling trophy as I am practicing navigating the new layout and you misspelled a four letter word. :D

We are not cutting interfaces on the 450. The 450 is probably not the mill of choice to cut interfaces. You would likely need to spend $5X on a mill to get it right every time.
Rather have interfaces turned on a CNC lathe. More consistent, no worries about tool wear, fit or accuracy.

You're right Bob, rotational symmetry objects are best made turned vs. milled... that's how implant parts are being manufactured anyway...
